1. Acceptance

By using PROPi.IN, you agree to these terms. PROPi.IN is operated by Mumbai Property Exchange (MahaRERA Reg: A51800043517).

2. Broker Accounts

You must be a real estate professional to register. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One mobile number per account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro Broker subscriptions are billed quarterly (minimum 3-month commitment). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Broker Connects

Broker connects are monthly credits that reset each billing cycle. Unused connects do not roll over.

5. Content & Listings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your property listings. Misleading or fraudulent listings will result in account suspension.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription after the minimum 3-month period. Contact us at info@propi.in for cancellation requests.
