Pattathu Brothers began in the 1970's with civil contracting. We executed key B.E.S.T. projects across the metropolitan city of Mumbai. In the 1980's, we diversified as independant developers and executed multiple residential and commercial projects. After having acquired expertise and experience, we developed high end residential projects, commercial properties, multiple SRA projects and took part in redevelopment initiatives
