Actor and producer Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold four residential apartments in Andheri West’s Lokhandwala Complex for a total of 16.17 crore. The apartments, located on the 18th and 19th floors of a high-rise, cover a total built-up area of 5,045 sq. ft. and were sold to four different buyers. Among these, a duplex spanning both floors fetched Rs. 6.35 crore.

The transactions, registered on Monday, attracted a stamp duty of Rs. 84.47 lakh. The sales were executed on Priyanka Chopra’s behalf by her mother, Madhu Chopra. This is not the first time the global star has offloaded properties in Mumbai—in November 2023, she sold two apartments in the same locality to director Abhishek Chaubey for Rs. 6 crore, and in April 2023, she sold a commercial property in Lokhandwala for Rs. 7 crore. Having relocated to Los Angeles in 2018 after her marriage to Nick Jonas, she now resides there with her husband and daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
